Live stream debate "Young Professionals as partners for the SDG's"

On the occasion of its 10th anniversary, the Junior Programme invites you to a debate on “Young professionals as partners for the sustainable development goals”.
We will focus on the relevance and contribution of young professionals in international cooperation projects, within the framework of the SDG’s. The interventions of our speakers  will be alternated with video testimonials of former Junior Experts.

The debate will be held in English and will be live streamed.


14.00 - 14.10 :  Welcoming speech - Mr Carl Michiels, Chair of the Enabel Management Committee
14.10 - 14.25 :  Opening speech - Mr Alexander De Croo, Belgian deputy prime minister and minister of Development Cooperation, Digital Agenda, Telecom and Postal Services
14.25 - 14.45 :   Keynote speaker - Ms Teresa Gonzalez Garcia, UN Young Leader for the sustainable development goals
14.45 - 16.15 :   Debate led by Mrs Annabelle Van Nieuwenhuyse, Belgian TV and radio host with 4 panel members
